This 2-day focused masterclass provides comprehensive hands-on training in aesthetic ear correction procedures, combining surgical otoplasty techniques with non-surgical options such as filler reshaping and earlobe rejuvenation.

Designed for facial plastic surgeons, aesthetic surgeons, and trained physicians, the course offers direct clinical practice, covering incision placement, cartilage scoring, suture techniques, and earlobe contouring. Participants will work on live cases or high-fidelity simulation models under expert guidance.

Course Content

🧠 ✂️ DAY 1 – SURGICAL OTOPLASTY: TECHNIQUE & PRACTICE
Morning: Theory (4 Hours) • Ear anatomy, aesthetic landmarks, and measurements • Types of ear deformities: conchal hypertrophy, antihelical fold deficiency, protrusion • Surgical options: anterior scoring, posterior suture, Furnas, Mustardé techniques • Pre-op evaluation and marking • Anesthesia, sterilization, and post-op care Afternoon: Practical (4 Hours) • Live or simulated otoplasty marking • Cartilage exposure, scoring, and suture fixation • Conchal setback and fold reconstruction • Suturing techniques and dressing application

🧠 ✂️ DAY 2 – EARLOBE SURGERY & NON-SURGICAL TECHNIQUES
Morning: Theory (4 Hours) • Earlobe reduction: wedge vs. elliptical excision • Earlobe repair: torn, stretched, or split lobes • Non-surgical ear reshaping: filler use for mild protrusion • Earlobe rejuvenation: PRP and dermal fillers • Consent forms, patient expectations, and scar care Afternoon: Practical (4 Hours) • Hands-on: earlobe reduction and suturing on models or patients • Dermal filler injection techniques for lobes and auricle • PRP preparation and injection for rejuvenation • Final case review, Q&A, and feedback
