Course Overview

This high-impact 2-day hands-on workshop is designed to equip obstetricians, midwives, and delivery room professionals with the critical skills required to manage third- and fourth-degree perineal tears resulting from vaginal delivery. These complex injuries can significantly impact maternal health if not accurately diagnosed and repaired.

Through a combination of evidence-based lectures and immersive simulation training, participants will learn how to assess, classify, and repair obstetric anal sphincter injuries (OASIS) with precision—ensuring better outcomes and patient safety.
