Refund Policy

  • Postponement: Clients may postpone their enrollment to the next course date one time only, at the same value.
  • No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be issued if the client does not attend and has not notified us in advance of the postponement.
  • Discounted Packages: If a client cancels a course that was part of a discounted package, the discount will no longer apply to any remaining courses.
  • Full Refunds: A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that any bank charges or transfer fees will be the responsibility of the client.
